Instanced Player housing can absolutely work in Guild Wars 2. They don't really need to add anything except decorations and giving a home instance in every biome including PoF and HoT home instance. The reason is because of home instance nodes. With a full home instances, I can taxi people in and they can admire my house while gathering my nodes. Yes, you can leave those zones for later, but I personally think it is better to visit them when you are still low level. There is no need to be the EXACT level.
